We had quite a few enquiries from our Facebook Fan Page about how to order from The Bag Bar so we thought we would outline them here. Thanks for all your enquiries so far, if you have anything else, do drop us a comment or your question here!


How to purchase?

Via the Online Shop

Our Online Shop is an excellent place to start!  Just surf on over to http://www.thebagbar.com/shop/online-shop/ .
It has our most current available bags, simply shop and add items to your shopping bag, fill in your details and follow through with the checkout. It really is that simple!

Available payment options:

Credit Card Payment via PayPal
  • Preferred choice for international customers

PayPal is an online payment gateway and is certified safe. Customers without a PayPal account may need to register for one. For more info on secure online payment with PayPal, please go to www.paypal.com

Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer
  • Preferred choice for Malaysian Residents

Maybank account : 110144173467 (Phyllis Chin) . Just choose your payment option during the checkout process.


You will get an automatic confirmation with your order details with any of these payment options.


Via email

If you are unsure about shopping online and would like to keep it offline, you can email us with your purchase choice/s or item name and we can take it from there!

Custom Order

As of July 2010, custom order is currently unavailable until further notice as we are working hard to clear older orders ( we’re sewing as fast as we can, everything is handmade meticulously you see). We’re really disappointed as well that we cannot offer this currently but as soon as we have a clearer schedule we will let everyone know, we promise!

 

Why doesn’t my shopping cart work?

This may be due to incompatibility with some browsers. By all accounts it works with Firefox and Internet Explorer so simply switch your browser to any of these two browsers. Under the unlikelihood of you still experiencing some difficulty, please contact us and we will take your order down and arrange for an alternative payment method.


Can you do returns?

We are sorry but we do not accept returns at this moment. Please make sure you have checked out every details of the item before your purchase to avoid any misperception of the items characteristics. Although we take every care during our handmaking process, those minor, apparent irregularity may be intended, or in fact, it is what makes a handmade item special!

 

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are quoted based on shipping via Registered  Mail with Pos Malaysia. Please allow 3-7 days for Malaysia destinations, and 7-20 days for international destinations. To make your experience more pleasant, we have based the charges on flat rates per item. International customers will have rates calculated during checkout and included in the overall price. If you would prefer an alternative shipping method, we’re more than happy to oblige with a quote.
